Venue and Practical Information
The Congress will take place at Wrocław University of Economics and Business, with modern lecture and conference facilities for up to 400 in-person participants, including spaces equipped for hybrid events.
Wrocław is a well-connected gateway to Central and Eastern Europe, with an international airport and strong rail and coach connections across Europe. Accommodation is available at a wide range of price points, including university halls of residence close to the venue.

CEE Day: 14 July 2027
The Congress opens with a dedicated one-day conference on Basic Income in Central and Eastern Europe, on 14 July, followed by the main BIEN Congress on 15–17 July. CEE Day is open to all Congress participants and will provide a dedicated space for regional perspectives and connections.
